Ingredients:

Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) is renowned for its reputation as a being a wonderful woman’s tonic herb. It is a uterine tonic herb that’s mineral rich. Women have used it for centuries in preparation for childbirth, and during menstruation and breast feeding. Its often used as part of an herbal and dietary plan for woman who need to restore healthy iron levels.

Red Clover (Trifolium pretense) is best known for its gentle, yet profound ability to support the body’s ability to detoxify, and thus its popularity for helping with chronic skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. It is popular among women as a rich source of phyto-oestrogens.

Nettles (Urtica dioica) are commonly viewed as a favorite tonic herb, and one of the most widely applicable herbs, that help strengthen and tone the entire body. They are extremely nutritive and high in a host of vitamins and minerals, and make an excellent nourishing, energizing tea, a tea that energizes you with straight nourishment! Suggested Use:
