HerbMed: an herbal database providing hyperlinked access to the scientific data underlying the use of herbs for health. It is an impartial, evidence-based information resource that provides free access to 20 of the most popular herbs.

HerbalGram: award-winning journal (print and online) of the American Botanical Council on the science and tradition of herbs. Wonderful resource for the public and professionals.

The Environmental Working Group: a non-profit group who work to protect human health and the environment. They provide research and education to help drive consumer choice and civic action. Excellent resource for food and consumer products. They publish the Dirty Dozen guides.

United Plant Savers: working to protect native medicinal plants of the United States and Canada, and their native habitat, while ensuring an abundant renewable supply of medicinal plants for generations to come.

Richters: Richters has been growing and selling herbs since 1969. Their online mail-order catalogue provides an amazing selection of seeds, so you can grow your own medicinal or culinary herb garden!
