Ingredients:

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is commonly used for its ability to increase circulation to the head, hands and feet, and to thus bring more oxygen to the brain. It is known as the memory herb and for its ability to support increased energy and alertness without the side-effects and energy drop of caffeine.

Nettles (Urtica dioica) are commonly viewed as a favorite tonic herb, and one of the most widely applicable herbs, that will help strengthen and tone the entire body. They are extremely nutritive and high in a host of vitamins and minerals, and make an excellent nourishing, energizing tea, a tea that energizes you with straight nourishment!

Peppermint (Mentha piperita) is commonly used as a digestive aid that can have a positive effect on many digestive conditions. The volatile oils responsible for these effects have such a stimulating, refreshing aroma, that people commonly use the smell alone as a way to help them feel energized.

Lemon peel is known to be a good source of Vitamin C. Its lemony scent and flavor gives a gentle uplifting nudge to your tea.

Suggested Use:
